Specializing in TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This position is On-site in St. George, UT.The role involves end-to-end video production, including conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content for various social platforms.You will collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our 80% Female audience. This role also includes staying updated with trends and implementing successful engagement strategies unique to each platform.Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with a focus on short-form content</li><li>Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels</li><li>Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site work environment</li><li>Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools</li><li>Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation</li></ul>**REMINDER: THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION **Your day in the life as Social Media Producer &amp; Editor<ul><li>You'll be Researching &amp; analyze trends daily. Aka dissecting Tiktok, IG &amp; Shorts videos to stay 3 steps ahead of the curve.</li><li>Next, Present ideas, Outline &amp; Script if needed!</li><li>Once Hope &quot;green-lights&quot; a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life!</li><li>You'll be working with our team to get everything planned out &amp; ready to go.</li><li>We are heavy on preparation so you'll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals.</li><li>Next, film. Then organize footage. Edit first drafts. Review with Hope, make adjustments, test videos on our other pages, tweak hooks, &amp; Schedule the posts!</li><li>Concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos for the HPFL.store website.</li><li>Lastly, review performance.
