This role begins with hands-on repair work in the field. Over time, the right person can grow into leading crews, organizing work, maintaining quality standards, mentoring others, and helping improve field systems and processes.
As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice, you&rsquo;ll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side-by-side with industry experts. Our Registered Apprenticeship Program is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals. You&rsquo;ll start with paid, hands-on training in our Apprenticeship program to build your skills and confidence in the trade.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Assist senior technicians with inspections, repairs, and installations</li><li>
Safely work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, rooftops) year-round</li><li>
Operate tools and handle physical tasks such as lifting and material handling</li><li>
Help repair and reline fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems</li><li>
Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment</li></ul>

Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>

Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS, or willingness to relocate</li><li>
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, but not required</li><li>
ROTC or military experience is a plus</li></ul>

Requirements 
 
Minimum Requirements for employment:
<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>
Authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Undergo a background check and drug screening</li><li>
Pass fitness and aptitude assessments</li><li>
Able to lift up to 60-80 lbs confidently</li><li>
Able to climb ladders and build scaffolding at heights for lengthy periods, regardless of weather conditions</li><li>
Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS, or willing to relocate</li></ul> 

Benefits 

Compensation PackagePay:<ul><li>
Compensation begins at $60,000 annually, based on hourly pay plus overtime.</li><li>
Final starting wage is negotiated at hire and is based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, trade skills, or military service.</li><li>
