Our support agents provide comprehensive assistance to Fullsteam Payments customers through various communication channels, utilizing internal resources to resolve complex technical issues and, when necessary, escalate cases to supervisory or development teams. They also contribute to enhancing technical documentation based on their firsthand experiences. Agents in this role have the rare opportunity to positively impact and enable commerce of small and growing personal businesses.</div><div></div><div>

Primary Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Utilize phone, email, chat, and remote connections for customer assistance.</li><li>
Meticulously document case details for all customer interactions and escalations.</li><li>

AutoFluent, part of the Fullsteam organization, provides shop management software with embedded payments processing to Automotive Repair, Tire and Wheel Dealers, and Tire Wholesalers.</div><div></div><div>
Job Summary:</div><div>
The position involves answering customer calls, directing them to the right parties, and entering information into our customer contact database (CRM). You'll provide support and training, assist with AutoFluent Software installation and configuration via remote support, and schedule appointments. Key responsibilities also include setting up Accounting Integrations, testing software and hardware, and documenting results. You'll ensure timely follow-ups, implement recommendations, and keep customers informed about new program releases. Routine check-in calls for software, support, or hardware will also be necessary when assigned.</div><div></div><div>

Compensation:<br>
The hourly pay range for CSS Roles at Fullsteam is $15.38 to $26.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be based on factors such as prior experience, skill set, and geographic location.
