As a Senior People Business Partner at Fullsteam and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement.<br>

Responsibilities and Duties:</div><ul><li><div>
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing regular updates and proactive recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.</div></li><li><div>
Proactively identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions to address engagement, performance, and retention challenges.</div></li><li><div>
Support and drive talent management programs, including performance management, and leadership development.</div></li><li><div>
Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization. Lead efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and implement strategies for employee development, succession planning, and retention.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out company-wide initiatives such as learning programs and change management processes.</div></li><li><div>
Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations and organizational effectiveness.</div></li><li><div>
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.</div></li><li><div>
Work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying abreast of changes and updates.</div></li><li><div>
Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture and accountability.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Experience and Education Requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</div></li><li><div>
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.</div></li><li><div>
HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
