 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager &ndash; Storage &amp; Dispatch to support customers with technical expertise while driving growth in spare parts, wear parts, professional services, and upgrades.
 
 
 The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting ambitious growth targets across selected cement accounts in the EMEA region.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide technical support and expertise for Storage &amp; Dispatch equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sales teams and local agents in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits to customer installations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete required reporting and actively participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen partnerships with Sales Managers &amp; local agents to ensure competitive advantage.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.S. degree in Mechanical/ Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering and 5+ years of experience in the cement plants operations &amp; services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of Packing &amp; Dispatch systems is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of industry &amp; cement process equipment with specific knowledge and working experience on spare parts and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive nature with effective communication &amp; presentation skills in English &amp; Arabic (spoken) and strong problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to travel, 70-80% of time should be spent conducting visits to our customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideal residential location would be in UAE/ Middle East.
 </li>
 <li>
 Territory of coverage (not limit to) will be selected cement accounts in EMEA Region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct engagement and cement knowledge of these markets within this region as well as other industrial plants is a plus.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 As Regional Sales Manager, you act as Fuller&rsquo;s single point of contact for designated countries in the APAC region. You are responsible for driving sales of spare parts, services, and projects for cement customers, securing budget targets, and leading customer negotiations to maximize revenue and margins. Working closely with internal teams, you ensure disciplined follow-up, strong customer relationships, and delivery of proposals and orders as agreed.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own overall responsibility for assigned countries, including sales budget targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the single point of entry for all customer requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders to align on cases, strategies, and customer challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on proposals with structured and disciplined customer engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and conclude customer negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Decide on payment terms and take firm action in cases of delayed or overdue payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate sales records
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage monthly service letters
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect overdue payments in coordination with internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and apply pricing guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market conditions, including competition, customer behavior, and local setups
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer organizations, approval workflows, and key decision-makers
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and manage sales campaigns within the assigned territory
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Capital Sales for customer needs outside the service portfolio
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong commercial understanding with proven sales experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate customer technical and commercial needs into clear solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to track, measure, and analyze KPIs and ROI
 </li>
 <li>
 Structured, organized mindset with strong problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in the cement industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of cement process equipment, spare parts, and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive approach with strong communication and presentation skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred residence: Thailand, Indonesia, or the Philippines
 </li>
 <li>
 Territory covering selected cement accounts across APAC
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct market experience in APAC cement and industrial plants is an advantage
