Join us and become part of a company that values your contributions and is committed to helping you succeed&mdash;every step of the way.About the role The Senior Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, governance, and administration of the organization&rsquo;s global benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, workers&rsquo; compensation, and leave of absence management. This role ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, drives cost discipline aligned to financial objectives, and delivers a competitive, market-aligned total rewards experience that supports attraction, retention, and workforce engagement. The position serves as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators, while partnering closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional HR leaders to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation.Your responsibilitiesGlobal Benefits Strategy &amp; Design<ul><li>Lead the design and ongoing optimization of global health, welfare, retirement, disability, and ancillary benefit programs</li><li>Benchmark plans against market data and provide cost/competitiveness analysis</li><li>Recommend plan design enhancements aligned to financial targets and talent strategy</li><li>Develop multi-year benefits roadmap tied to organizational priorities</li></ul>2. Workers&rsquo; Compensation &amp; Leave Management<ul><li>Oversee workers&rsquo; compensation program administration, claims governance, and vendor performance</li><li>Monitor claim trends and implement risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Manage global leave programs (FMLA, statutory leaves, disability, parental leave, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliant and consistent leave administration across regions</li><li>Partner with HSEQ and Legal on risk reduction and employee case management</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Risk Governance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR where applicable)</li><li>Manage required regulatory filings, audits, and reporting</li><li>Oversee plan documentation and governance controls</li><li>Monitor legislative changes and advise leadership on risk exposure</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Broker Management<ul><li>Serve as primary liaison with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators</li><li>Lead RFP processes and vendor selection</li><li>Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements</li><li>Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews</li></ul>5. Open Enrollment &amp; Employee Experience<ul><li>Lead global open enrollment strategy and execution</li><li>Develop communication materials and decision-support tools</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems</li><li>Oversee employee education campaigns and benefits awareness initiatives</li></ul>6. Financial Stewardship &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Manage benefits budget forecasting and cost modeling</li><li>Analyze trends in utilization, claims, and premium spend</li><li>Prepare executive-level reporting dashboards</li><li>Partner with Finance on accruals and financial planning</li></ul>7. Wellness &amp; Preventive Programs<ul><li>Design and implement wellness initiatives that reduce long-term cost exposure</li><li>Promote safety, preventive care, and employee wellbeing</li><li>Measure ROI and engagement effectiveness</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; certifications (CEBS, CBP, SHRM-SCP) preferred</li><li>8&ndash;12+ years of progressive experience in benefits/total rewards, including global or multi-state programs</li><li>Strong expertise in workers&rsquo; compensation and leave management</li><li>Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of compensation, benefits design, labor laws, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, vendor management, and cost modeling</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate complex information clearly</li><li>Strong customer and stakeholder orientation with focus on service quality and delivery</li><li>Excellent active listening and reading comprehension skills for complex HR and business documents</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective solutions in a global context</li></ul>As an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
