Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The Project Engineer will utilize advanced construction management software and tools to facilitate effective project execution and communication.Duties<ul><li>Collaborate with project teams to coordinate activities, resources, and timelines across multiple phases of construction projects.</li><li>Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately.</li><li>Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project workflows.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other documentation necessary for project tracking and client updates.</li><li>Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules through effective time management and resource allocation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with construction site activities and project coordination.</li><li>Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating.</li><li>Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction management principles.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.</li><li>This position offers a dynamic work environment where innovative thinking and technical expertise are valued.
