We&rsquo;re seeking a qualified IT and Networking Sales Associate to help sell the products and services that our require. The ideal person will have a strong understanding of the sales process and at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Sometimes tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, they must be both personable and professional with strong communication skills.As an IT &amp; Networking sales professional, you'll need to:<ul><li>speak to customers face to face, over the phone or on email.</li><li>gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them</li><li>carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings</li><li>generate and send quotes to customers for their requirements.</li><li>identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls</li><li>market and promote a portfolio of products through cold calls, in-person visits and via email</li><li>maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing IT and networking technologies</li><li>develop effective sales plans using sales methodology and report on activities daily, weekly and monthly</li><li>provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale</li><li>meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets</li><li>network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and up-selling</li><li>manage after sales queries and channel the support to the manager</li><li>respond to tender documents, proposals, RFQs</li><li>manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals</li><li>ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' product portfolio</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>a good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses - though having technical skills before you start isn't essential</li><li>self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude</li><li>passion, dedication and focus</li><li>stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure</li><li>confident presentation skills and a professional telephone and email manner</li><li>time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload</li><li>ability to pay attention to detail</li><li>articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills</li><li>a strong team spirit</li><li>business awareness</li><li>an up-to-date working knowledge of the industry</li><li>Valid UAE driving license will be benefitial.</li></ul>Qualifications:- Degree in IT related field with sales or technical certification from major OEM such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, Lenovo, TP Link, Netgear, enGenius etc.- At least 2 years experience in IT Sales &ndash; formal training in sales will be added advantage.Job Type: Full-time, Visa Will Be Sponsored.Package:Base Salary: Good Salary Plus CommissionVariable: Commissions based on sales target and Gross ProfitBonus: Quarterly based on exceeding targetsJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
