Overview:

Lead strategic and day to day operations in the ACH area to include ACH Originations, ACH Exceptions/Risk Management. Ensure optimal processing processes and technology solutions that provide a high level of quality, and delivery to our company's Consumer and Commercial Customers. Lead continuous improvement practices for new and existing processing protocols. Maintain communications with management, staff, and third party partners associated with service levels, changes and business priorities. Ensure compliance and risk management for all ACH transactions and processes. Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring and development of management, and employees to drive employee engagement, overall job satisfaction and achievement of business initiatives. Develop employee Establish and monitor processes, policies and procedures in consideration with regulatory and network requirements.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including but not limited to customer support, operations, risk and compliance</li><li>
Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit, evaluate workflow, create and drive alternative process approaches, and evaluate to discover opportunities for increased efficiencies</li><li>
Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team that supports the overall growth and customer experience for the company, provide guidance and coaching to subordinate managers regarding employee management and development, review and approve recommended employee actions and partner with Human Resources to resolve employment related matters</li></ul><br>

Overview:

This is a full-time, <b>hybrid </b>career opportunity based out of our <b>Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA</b>.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role is responsible for strategic support and day-to-day management of a portfolio of our Commercial products/services (Digital Solutions, Payments &amp; Fraud Solutions, Liquidity &amp; Receivables Solutions, Loan Solutions). This individual will be critical to ensuring that commercial products/solutions are managed effectively, and execution of strategic initiatives is completed. Will coordinate with key business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable strategies to drive growth within the commercial bank.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serves as the individual responsible for day-to-day management of products/solutions, to include issue triage, troubleshooting and resolution of system/technical issues, communication with business stakeholders, and support of sales teams during periods of service disruption.</li><li>
Serves as the individual responsible for leading/coordinating the release management process for each product/solution, updating documentation, and ensuring that business stakeholders are advised of potential impacts.</li><li>
Leads/coordinates UA/QA testing for periodic releases that are integrated with and/or impact assigned products/services, updating documentation, and ensuring that business stakeholders are advised of potential impacts.</li><li>
Serves as the subject matter expert for each assigned product/solution in providing support to the sales teams, to include engagement with customers, support of RFP/RFI prep, and coordination of any training efforts related to each assigned product/solution.</li><li>
Serves as the primary point of escalation (&ldquo;Tier 3&rdquo;) for customer support, particularly with respect to high-value commercial customers.</li><li>
