<div>We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator / Creator to join our team at Funbox Arcadia. As the Social Media Coordinator / Creator , you will be crucial in shaping and executing our social media strategy to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive foot traffic to our locations.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate Funbox's online presence and engage our target audience.</li><li>Create compelling and shareable content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcases the excitement and fun of our attractions and events.</li><li>Manage and maintain Funbox's presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to stay ahead of the curve.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and events, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator / Creator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.</li><li>Passion for social media and a deep understanding of popular platforms, trends, and algorithms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to create visually appealing content.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li></ul>
