Job Description:Key Responsibility &amp; Duties:-<ul><li>Greet the customers entering into organization.</li><li>Train and supervise new reception cashiers.</li><li>Motivate and ensure development of his staff.</li><li>Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the finance manager.</li><li>Keep workstation area clean and organized.</li><li>Understanding customer requirements clearly and enabling customers to understand the offers and packages they can avail of at the counter.</li><li>Collecting cash from the counter from customers and exchanging them Swipe Cards</li><li>Reconciling sales at the beginning and end of each shift with cash collected and providing such reconciliation reports to the Accountant.</li><li>Handling cash transactions effectively; ensuring that the correct amount is tendered by the customer and the correct change is given back to the customer.</li><li>Ensuring that a receipt is provided to the customer at the end of each transaction.</li><li>Maintaining a record of transactions performed in a shift.</li><li>Reports any and all technology issues to management when they occur.</li><li>Adds tickets to cards, combines cards and rounds card amounts in the best interest of the customer and the business.</li><li>Operating Point of Sale (POS) system and/or Cash Register.</li><li>Provide the highest levels of courteous, prompt and discerning customer service across the counter.</li><li>Ability to handle customers of all ages and emotional sensitivity in stressful environments.</li><li>Assisting with on floor operations as a ride &amp; attraction attendant on an as required basis.</li><li>Responsible for accurate cash and till management for their drawer when applicable.</li><li>Complete opening and closing duties.</li><li>Promptly informs Supervisor of any and all customer complaints or comments.</li><li>Handling all the cash transaction of an organization.</li><li>Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.</li><li>Checking daily cash accounts.</li><li>Guiding and solving queries of customer.</li><li>Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions.</li><li>Any other task assigned my supervisor or manager.</li></ul>QualificationB.Com or above, Bachelors in AccountingExperienceAt least 1 year experience of working as a cashierJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:1. Network Administration:- Manage and maintain the park's network infrastructure, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.- Ensure network security and stability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.2. Hardware and Software Maintenance:- Install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software systems, including computers, laptops, servers, printers, and scanners.- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.3. Card Reader RFID System:- Manage and maintain the card reader RFID system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.- Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.4. CCTV and Surveillance:- Manage and maintain the CCTV and surveillance system, including cameras, NVR/DVR, and monitoring software.- Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly and that footage is recorded and stored securely.5. IT Support:- Provide technical support to park staff and management, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are proficient in using IT systems.6. Server Management:- Manage and maintain all servers, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.- Ensure server performance and uptime, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.7. Cybersecurity:- Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the park's IT systems and data.- Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.8. Reporting and Analytics:- Develop and provide regular reports on IT system performance, including network usage, server uptime, and other key metrics.- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.Requirements:<ul><li>Installation, configuration &amp; maintenance of Servers.</li><li>Scheduling backup of servers on NAS &amp; external Hard Disks.</li><li>Configure Firewall &amp; create VLAN.</li><li>Configure and manage the Proxy server.</li><li>Maintain the center IT infrastructure.</li><li>Install configure &amp; troubleshoot Email server.</li><li>Configure &amp; troubleshoot surveillance cameras.</li><li>Install &amp; configure the InterCard ICashier POS software.</li><li>Configures &amp; troubleshoot the InterCard Ireaders in back office.</li><li>Resolve the Issues of InterCard back office &amp; ICashier.</li><li>Manage Internet Connections and virtual telephone Exchange</li><li>Install &amp; manage the attendance machine/software.</li><li>Installation, configuration and maintenance of user accounts in Active directory.</li><li>Provide the management with correct specification of all equipment&rsquo;s hardware &amp; software required for the center as well as recommending purchases and perform installation.</li><li>Repair &amp; maintenance of IT equipment&rsquo;s.</li><li>Resolve the queries of staff relevant to the software/hardware and network.</li><li>Planning future improvement.</li><li>Any other task assigned by HOD/Line Manager</li></ul>Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar environment (amusement park, hospitality, or retail).3. Technical Skills:- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.- Experience with network administration, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.- Familiarity with card reader RFID systems and CCTV surveillance systems.- Knowledge of server management, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.- Experience with cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.4.
