Overview Fun &amp; Focus Playhouse in Cumming, GA is looking for a reliable, high-energy team member to join our supervised play environment. This is not a typical indoor play space &mdash; parents come here to relax or work while our staff actively engages with their children. This role requires constant interaction with kids, strong awareness of the entire space, and the ability to stay fully present, hands-on, and proactive throughout your entire shift.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Actively engage with children at all times (playing, talking, redirecting, and creating a fun experience)</li><li>Maintain full awareness of the entire play space to ensure safety at all times</li><li>Greet families and help create a welcoming, positive environment</li><li>Support children during drop-offs by distracting, redirecting, and helping them feel comfortable</li><li>Enforce play rules in a kind, clear, and consistent way</li><li>Clean and reset toys, surfaces, and play areas continuously throughout the day</li><li>Assist with general upkeep of the space (wiping tables, organizing, light cleaning)</li><li>Communicate with team members to ensure smooth coverage across the space</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must have strong, hands-on experience working with young children (childcare, daycare, babysitting, teaching, etc.)</li><li>Must be fully interactive and engaging with kids &mdash; this is not a passive or stand-back role</li><li>High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to stay engaged, attentive, and active for the full shift</li><li>Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and a team player</li><li>Comfortable interacting with both children and parents in a friendly, professional way</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
