From the first thunderclap of a social hook to the final moment of conversion on our D2C realm, you will own the journey&mdash;and ensure every touchpoint echoes with strength, precision, and impact. 
Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Operations &amp; System Design<ul><li>
Build the Factory: Establish and refine the workflows that allow us to produce a high volume of content without quality loss.</li><li>
Scalable Leadership: Lead and Develop an internal team of designers, editors, and copywriters, while directing external agencies or freelance creators as needed.</li><li>
The &quot;Agency Mindset&quot;: Bring the efficiency and rigorous project management of a top-tier agency to an in-house environment, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.</li></ul>
2. Social-First Growth (Video-Led)<ul><li>
Organic &amp; Paid Video: Lead the strategy and production for &quot;thumb-stopping&quot; video content. You understand how to differentiate between high-production brand films and lo-fi, high-converting UGC (User Generated Content) for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.</li><li>
Performance Creative: Partner with the Growth team to analyze ad performance. You must be able to look at a data dashboard and immediately translate &quot;low CTR&quot; into a creative pivot or a new hook.</li><li>
Community Narrative: Ensure the brand&rsquo;s organic social presence feels authentic and community-focused while effectively feeding the top of the marketing funnel.</li></ul>
3. Digital Storefront &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>
Website Experience (UX/UI): Own the visual direction and user journey of our D2C website. You are responsible for ensuring the site is aesthetically premium and optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).</li><li>
Visual Merchandising: Oversee how products are showcased. This includes art-directing product photography, managing collection page hierarchies, and ensuring the &quot;hero&quot; products are positioned for maximum impact.</li><li>
Seamless Journey: Ensure a cohesive visual narrative from the social ad click to the specific landing page experience.</li></ul>
4. Retention &amp; Lifecycle Mastery (CRM)<ul><li>
Multi-Channel Orchestration: Command our Email and SMS channels with a balance of high-impact storytelling and conversion-focused urgency.</li><li>
Loyalty as a Fortress: Design and scale our Loyalty Program, ensuring it isn't just a points system, but a gateway to a deeper community experience that drives massive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).</li><li>
Automated Legions: Build and optimize sophisticated lifecycle &quot;flows&quot; (onboarding, abandoned carts, win-backs) that act as a 24/7 engine for retention and revenue.</li></ul>
Wage: Annual of $110,000+ depending on qualifications
Requirements:
<ul><li> Experience: 8+ years in creative leadership. We welcome candidates with a strong agency background (Creative Director or Associate CD level) who have a proven track record of scaling D2C brands.</li><li>
Performance Pedigree: Deep experience in video-heavy social campaigns. You know what makes a 3-second hook work and how to iterate on winning concepts.</li><li>
Data-Informed: You view &quot;data&quot; as a creative tool. You can discuss Click-Through Rates, Thumb-Stop Ratios, and Conversion Rates as fluently as you discuss typography or color theory.</li><li>
Agility: The ability to pivot quickly between high-level brand strategy and &quot;hands-on&quot; creative troubleshooting.</li><li>
Leadership: Energetic and empowering leader, exhibiting confidence in self and others; Ability to manage change within the team to ensure continuous improvement and use of key technologies and creative tools.</li></ul>

Velocity: Drastically reducing the time from &quot;concept&quot; to &quot;live ad&quot; through better operations.</li><li>
Growth: Measurable increases in ROAS and customer acquisition driven by creative testing.</li><li>
