Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Utilize various tools to analyze and track website performance</li><li>
Analyze different data sets to determine strategy and course of action</li><li>
Perform keyword research and manage large keyword lists</li><li>
Audit and make recommendations for on-page SEO opportunities</li><li>
Strategize, experiment, and plan SEO elements with SEM Team</li><li>
Research best marketing practices to develop new techniques and strategies</li><li>
Provide direction to copywriting and blogging staff on target keywords</li><li>
Stay up to date on current trends within the industry and our key competitors</li><li>
Collaboration with a variety of teams and knowledge share of best SEO practices</li></ul>
Other Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Promote and demonstrate FUN.com&rsquo;s core values through words and actions: Focus on the Positive, Be Humble, Embrace Nerdy Goofy Fun, and Never Be Complacent.</li><li>
Promote and sustain a fun and inclusive work environment where all team members can be their FUN-of-a-kind selves and actively contribute their thoughts, ideas, and work to the continuous improvement of what we do.</li><li>
Work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures (including but not limited policies and procedures related to employment, department operational flow, and health &amp; safety).</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Minimum Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Associates Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent SEO experience</li><li>
Proven capacity to perform repetitious tasks and execute simple mathematical formulas</li><li>
Proven logical decision making and organizational skills</li><li>
Experience building/using websites</li><li>
Background in consumer behavior</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent SEO experience</li><li>
Understanding knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console</li><li>
Google Analytics Certified</li><li>
Experience with Botify, SEMRush, MOZ, or similar tools</li><li>
Demonstrate high level of technical SEO expertise</li><li>
Experience with writing AI prompts to create content</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Has a basic understanding of and can complete low complexity projects using:<ul><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel</li><li>
Basic understanding of SEO</li><li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills</li><li>
Detail-orientated with strong attention to follow-through</li><li>
Must enjoy data analysis. Like a lot of data analysis.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both internally and externally.</li></ul></div>
