Responsibilities1) Clients&middot; Meeting and touring prospective clients when need be&middot; Conducting fitness consultation and assessments according to Function methods&middot; Designing and implementing a structured exercise program for clients in your care&middot; Communicate effectively with management with regards to all areas of client management&middot; Provide outstanding customer service &ndash; communicate effectively with clients in and outside the gym&middot; Maintain a progress report for all clients in your care&middot; Offering expert advice to non-personal training clients when you are not in a personal training session2) Site Maintenance&middot; To ensure cleanliness of gym space in coordination with cleaning staff&middot; Conduct floor walking duties as and when necessary&middot; Ensure all used equipment is kept back in place3) Attitude &amp; Appearance&middot; Arrive 10 minutes before shift time&middot; Friendly, encouraging and positive behavior&middot; Maintain a smart and professional appearance&middot; Company issued uniform to be wornRequirements&middot; Minimum 2 years experience working in the fitness industry&middot; Basic understanding of exercise science&middot; Open mindset and willingness to learn&middot; Professional and presentableFitness certification and/or degree from a reputable institution is mandatoryJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
