<div></div><div><b>What you&rsquo;ll do from day one</b></div>
<div></div><div>The General Assembler will perform manual labor tasks required to assemble products from circuit boards to the final stage of the build. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to inserting electronic parts into printed circuit boards that can be a moving or stationary plate, installing parts or sub-assemblies into the product&rsquo;s housing, soldering, labeling, and packaging the product, and cleaning up of the area.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Full time schedule</b></div>
<div>Full-time staff would work the following hours during a regular week:</div>
<div><b>M- F</b><b> </b>7:00 am until 3:30 pm</div>
<div>Full-time staff would work the following hours during mandatory overtime:</div>
<div><b>M-TH</b><b> </b>7:00 am until 5:00 pm <b>F</b> 7:00 am until 3:30 pm</div>
<div></div><div><b>The impact you&rsquo;ll make</b></div>
<ul><li>Prepare circuit boards using various components in preparation for final assembly.</li>
<li>Place small components into the circuit board using your fingers.</li>
<li>Touch up the solder.</li>
<li>Change parts and house unit and may assist with part preparation.</li>
<li>Label and box units for shipping.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
<li>Dependable, on time and able to follow work instructions with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Inspect your own work and the work of others for quality.</li>
<li>All other job duties as assigned and needed.</li>
</ul><div><b>Eligibility Criteria</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to identify colors</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future needs for sponsorship</li>
</ul><div><b>It&rsquo;s a plus if you have</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing.</li>
<li>Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.</li>
<li>Ability to observe instrumentation or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of parts assembly.</li>
<li>Cognitive ability to follow and understand work instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic math calculations.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li>
<li>Extremely organized and able to work in a team environment.</li>
