The Technology Support Technician III role serves as the primary, hands-on technical support resource for the Burbank office, providing onsite troubleshooting and rapid resolution for a wide range of end-user hardware, software, and conference room technology issues. In addition to onsite support, this role supports the Executive team in Burbank. This position manages support-related work, contributes to projects, and drives problem resolution across multiple software, hardware, and system components.</div><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div><ul><li>
Diagnose, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical hardware and software issues.</li><li>
Research issues and questions using available internal and external information resources.</li><li>
Perform analysis and determine customer needs, documenting them within tickets submitted via self-service portal and email submissions, managing multiple tickets at a time and meeting Funko&rsquo;s SLA requirements.</li><li>
Image, setup, and install new workstations or assist in employee relocation efforts.</li><li>
Install and troubleshoot end user hardware, mobile devices, peripherals, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other technologies.</li><li>
Act as the primary onsite technology support resource for the Burbank office, providing hands-on troubleshooting and coordinating with remote teams/vendors as needed.</li><li>
Provide Executive Support, including priority, white-glove assistance for executive endpoint, mobile, and application issues.</li><li>
Support and maintain video conference and conference room technology (e.g., cameras, microphones, displays, and room systems), including meeting setup and rapid response during live meetings.</li><li>
Assist with endpoint management solution testing, troubleshooting, and compliance on both Apple and Windows devices.</li><li>
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.</li><li>
Manage user and group objects in Active Directory, Office365, Azure, and other applications while conforming to Funko SOX compliance guidelines.</li><li>
Weekend and/or after-hour work may be scheduled as necessary.</li><li>
Other related duties as appropriate and required by department manager.</li></ul></div><div><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div><div><ul><li>
2+ years of progressive customer service, customer support, and advanced technical troubleshooting experience; required.</li><li>
2+ years of experience providing Executive Support (white-glove support), including prioritizing and resolving issues for executive endpoint, mobile, and application needs.</li><li>
Experience supporting video conferencing and conference room technology (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms, cameras, microphones, speakers, and displays) and assisting with live meeting setup and troubleshooting.</li><li>
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows.</li><li>
A+, Net+, or Security+ Certification or obtained within 6mo of start date.</li><li>
Familiarity with Active Directory Administration tasks.</li><li>
Experience with Exchange/Office365/M365 administration.</li><li>
Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to work toward team objectives effectively and obtain cooperation from other employees.</li><li>
Able to lift 25 lbs., walk at least 1mi, and work in a noisy environment daily.</li><li>
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Salary Information</b><br>
The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $39.42 - $47.31 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.</div><div><br>

Funko is looking for a creative, strategic and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media presence across multiple social platforms. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving continued growth and engagement with our community, and delivering measurable growth through compelling content curation, thoughtful social strategy, and trend right activation and execution.<br>

The ideal candidate has their finger on the pulse of Pop Culture and has an eye for identifying relevant cultural moments that will drive continued brand relevance and resonance with the consumer. Quick to action and jump on a trend and/or insert themselves into a conversation, this candidate must be nimble, decisive and willing to lead with influence. Equal parts strategist and executor, this candidate can analyze data and insights and translate to meaningful social strategy, while also understanding human truths that serve as the backbone for meaningful social content.</div><div><p><b>

Bring Funko&rsquo;s social media strategy to life; managing day to day operations across all platforms</li><li>
Plan and maintain a social content calendar including posts, campaigns, launches, and creator/influencer activations and launches</li><li>
Develop thoughtful, social-first marketing plans in support of broader Integrated Marketing initiatives and brand priorities</li><li>
Drive the development of social-first content to promote Funko and partner IP, interacting with consumers and optimizing based on performance
</li><li>Create and/or oversee creation of engaging content including short-form video, images, copy, and stories + live-posts from events, leaning into trends to drive relevance and engagement</li><li>
Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand reach, build credibility, and connect with new audiences</li><li>
Partner closely with influencer marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that feel native to each creator&rsquo;s audience and platform</li><li>
Source and manage creator relationships, including outreach, briefing, and performance tracking</li><li>
Consistently strategize ways to grow followers, increase engagement, and ultimately drive revenue for Funko per platform, ensuring commonality between them</li><li>
Partner with copywriting and social media counterparts to ensure all external communications and copy are on brand and edited</li><li>
Ensure coordination with the influencer team to evangelize Funko with new audiences</li><li>
Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, content creators and affiliates</li><li>
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to optimize strategy</li><li>
Identify opportunities for viral moments, cultural relevance, and trend participation</li><li>

 <b>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field preferred</li><li>
5-7 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency; background in consumer brands, entertainment, gaming or pop culture preferred.</li><li>
Expertise across social platforms (Instagram, FB, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc)</li><li>
Proven experience working influencers, creators, or talent&mdash;either directly or in partnership with influencer teams</li><li>
Experience using social analytics, publishing, and trend monitoring tools</li><li>
Experience creating short-form video content and using content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva)</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>
Experience growing social channels and building engaged communities.</li><li>
Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment</li><li>
Passion for seeking trends and finding ways to be part of the social zeitgeist</li><li>
