Content Creation &ndash; Develop engaging posts, reels, videos as per brand voice.<ul><li>Posting &amp; Management &ndash; Maintain daily/weekly posting schedule, handle comments &amp; DMs.</li><li>Branding &ndash; Ensure creatives follow brand guidelines; use trending formats.</li><li>Growth &amp; Engagement &ndash; Increase followers, boost engagement, run small campaigns.</li><li>Analytics &ndash; Track performance &amp; prepare monthly reports with improvement ideas.</li><li>Collaboration &ndash; Work with Marketing/PR, designer &amp; influencers for campaigns.</li><li>Packaging Design &ndash; Create innovative, brand-aligned packaging for products (labels, boxes, carry bags, etc.).</li><li>Creative Development &ndash; Support marketing with brochures, menus, posters, and other collaterals.</li><li>Brand Consistency &ndash; Ensure all designs reflect brand guidelines across print and digital platforms.</li><li>Product Development Support &ndash; Collaborate with operations/marketing for new product packaging ideas &amp; prototypes.</li><li>Vendor Coordination &ndash; Work with external printers &amp; packaging vendors for production quality.</li><li>Timely Delivery &ndash; Meet project deadlines and ensure error-free final designs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,169.54 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
