Overnight Pet Sitters &amp; Dog Walkers (Part-Time / As-Needed)Furbabies RVA | Midlothian, VAFurbabies RVA is seeking dependable Overnight Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers to serve the Midlothian, Virginia area. This is a part-time, as-needed position intended as supplemental income.Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure while providing compassionate, reliable care to our clients&rsquo; pets. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for animals are essential.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide safe, attentive care for pets during walks and overnight stays</li><li>Remain organized, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing situations</li><li>Follow detailed written and verbal care instructions</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the Furbabies RVA team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Experience working with animals preferred</li><li>Pet First Aid &amp; CPR certification preferred</li><li>Ability to successfully complete a background check</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance required</li><li>Ability to work in all weather conditions</li><li>Availability to work some holidays</li><li>Smartphone with unlimited data and a high-quality camera</li><li>Ability to walk for extended periods of time (dog walkers)</li><li>Dog walkers must be available a minimum of 10 hours per week between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM</li></ul>Candidates with at least 6 hours of midday availability plus morning and/or evening availability may be considered<ul><li>Overnight sitters must be comfortable staying overnight in clients&rsquo; homes</li><li>Ability to climb stairs</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Midday shifts (11:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM), Monday through Friday</li><li>Overnight shifts available</li><li>Paid drive time</li><li>Paid training and ongoing pet care education</li><li>Keep 100% of your tips</li><li>Holiday pay</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company</li></ul>*To apply, please visit www.furbabiesrva.com and complete an application.Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
