 Agency &amp; External Partner Management

 Manage agencies, freelancers, developers, photographers, and media partners.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Own all external briefs, timelines, budgets, and the final quality of all outsourced output.
 
 </li>

 Collaboration with Creative Director

 Partner with the Creative Director on brand vision and high-level approvals.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Take full ownership of execution and delivery so the Creative Director remains in a non-operational, visionary capacity.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years in a senior marketing role, with proven experience in team management and P&amp;L ownership.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think long-term while maintaining a "startup" agility to execute daily.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of performance marketing stacks, CRM, and analytics platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional brief-writing and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and external vendors.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 E-commerce experience is essential
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Subscription-based business model is a strong advantage
 
 
 
 
 </li>
