Job Title: Interior Projects Sales ManagerCompany: FURNiGENCE LLP Location: Hosur Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5-8 years (Interior/Modular Furniture/Construction)Job SummaryFURNiGENCE LLP, a leading provider of woodworking engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Interior Projects Sales Manager for their upcoming business division. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, coordinating interior project requirements, and ensuring successful closure of sales for modular furniture and interior turnkey projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Generate leads and convert prospects for interior and modular furniture projects.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and product solutions.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, BOQs, and project proposals.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.</li><li>Provide timely updates, project status, and support to clients.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution.</li><li>Ensure timelines, material requirements, and drawings are properly communicated to internal teams.</li><li>Attend site meetings and address project-related issues.</li></ul>Market Research<ul><li>Identify new market opportunities and competitors&rsquo; product information.</li><li>Provide insights to management for strategy improvement.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5-8 years of experience in Interior/Modular Furniture/Construction Sales.</li><li>Strong negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand interior drawings, measurements, and BOQs.</li><li>Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Kannada (optional).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Any degree</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing team in the woodworking and joinery domain</li><li>Exposure to diverse and premium interior projects</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to careers@furnigence.com or contact us at +91 9384816024 &amp; +91 9384816023Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
