If you have an eye for color, a sense of fashion and strong people skills you should consider a rewarding career as a Williams and Kay Home Furnishing sales associate.</p><p>
Higher end retail or interior design background a plus but not essential. We provide sales training and product knowledge training during your initial 6-months with us.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll earn $2,080 per pay period (Biweekly) guaranteed during your initial 6 months with us.</p><p>
At the end of your initial 6-months, you can elect to be paid commission on your sales allowing you to earn at the highest levels.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Welcome each customer in a sincere and friendly manner.</li><li>
Listen carefully to the customer&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>
Help customers find the best solutions utilizing our showroom and special-order options.</li><li>
Learn about our products through informative meetings with manufacturer representatives.</li><li>
Be able to inform customers of the products we sell.</li><li>
Help create and present design plans to clients with the help of our in-house Interior Designer.</li></ul><p>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Ability to listen and understand the customer&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>
Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.</li><li>
Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs.</li><li>
Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.</li><li>
Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.</li><li>
Pass pre-employment drug &amp; alcohol testing and background check.</li></ul><p><b>
