About This Role:

This is a remote contract role will support a small transportation team of three. The contractor will complete day to day transportation planning activities including scheduling, tendering, product issue resolution, and email communication, while working cross functionally with Operations Planning and Warehouse/Plant teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment. They should take ownership of issues, proactively problem solve, and follow items through to resolution.

Transportation or inventory experience is helpful but not required; SAP and Excel experience are a plus. The role requires reliable availability during core business hours, with willingness to support occasional overtime and holiday rotation. 

What You'll Do:

About This Role:

The Communications Specialist serves as Enterprise Digital's strategic communications owner&mdash;responsible for developing communication strategies, crafting key messages, and delivering high-impact communication materials with minimal oversight. This role leads communication planning across ED, partners directly with senior leaders, and ensures alignment with Enterprise Digital strategy pillars, priorities, and culture. 
The Communications Specialist proactively identifies narrative opportunities, elevates storytelling across the department, and ensures consistency of voice, message discipline, and communication quality across all ED channels. This role is a critical partner in shaping how Enterprise Digital informs, inspires, and engages the broader organization. 

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Own the Enterprise Digital communications strategy across all channels.</li>
<li>Lead quarterly and annual communications planning cycles, ensuring alignment with ED priorities (End-to-End Processes, AI, Innovation, Digital Readiness).</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to communications approach, channel usage, and message cadence.</li>
<li>Present communication strategies and recommendations to leadership.</li>
<li>Independently develop key messages, communication plans, and storytelling frameworks for major ED initiatives.</li>
<li>Serve as primary writer for complex or high-visibility communications (e.g., leadership updates, strategic initiatives, innovation stories, digital transformation narratives).</li>
<li>Translate technical content (AI/ML, portfolio, data, change management) into accessible, compelling storytelling.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality communication materials including:</li>
<li>Newsletters, NSN stories, enterprise updates</li>
<li>Strategic department meeting content</li>
<li>Executive talking points</li>
<li>Project go-live announcements and narratives</li>
<li>Digital transformation-related success stories</li>
<li>Site/intranet content</li>
<li>Maintain editorial standards and ensure message consistency across platforms.</li>
<li>Partner directly with Change Management and key stakeholder across Enterprise Digital to shape communication goals.</li>
<li>Provide counsel on messaging strategy, narrative framing, and change readiness communications.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted communications advisor within Enterprise Digital.</li>

What You Bring:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Formal training or certification in change management preferred.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, marketing communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, not just executing them.</li>

About This Role:

We are searching for a motivated self-starter with a passion for producing engaging video and static content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram for the creator of the very best chocolate chip cookie! The ideal candidate loves being on camera and in the kitchen, dreaming up irresistible recipes, baking their way 
through trending flavors, and showcasing there can be magic in every bite through scroll‑stopping content for Gen-Z and millennials. 

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Social Listening: Perform social listening across channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities for content to drive engagement and relevancy.</li>
<li>Develop and Pitch Creative Ideas: Generate and present innovative social concepts and recipes for both static design and lo-fi lifestyle video content to be published on TikTok and Instagram, that ladder to the brand's strategy.</li>
<li>End-to-End Content Creation: Design, produce, edit, and write post copy for all social content across TikTok and Instagram. Some content will be adapted for use in paid media campaigns, so an understanding of creative best practices for paid social is a plus.</li>
<li>Perform On-Camera: Serve as on-camera talent as needed, bringing energy and engagement to each piece of content.</li>
<li>Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track content performance metrics and share continuous optimization strategies to drive growth in engagements, reach, followers, etc.</li>
<li>Trend-Savvy: Keep up to date with the latest trends and formats in short-form content to maintain relevance and audience appeal.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Bring social-led ideas and continuously collaborate closely with the social media strategist and community manager on execution.</li>

What You Bring:

<li>Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in content creation and/or social media management representing a brand or organization.</li>
<li>Minimum 1-2 years of professional baking experience or culinary training.</li>
<li>Strong content creation skills that are distinctive and reflect the brand's strategy and voice.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to think creatively and have a strong understanding of culture.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, social media platforms &ndash; Instagram, TikTok and video editing knowledge required.</li>
<li>Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape, including Instagram and TikTok.</li>
<li>Ability to synthesize data to identify insights to inform creative content and opportunities.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills.</li>
