The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in counseling in school industry &mdash;preferably in early childhood or school environments&mdash;and must be passionate about guiding parents and supporting young learners.## *Key Responsibilities*:-Interact with parents to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and support admissions-related queries.Counsel parents about early childhood development, school programs, and child readiness.Maintain positive communication between parents and the school team.Assist in student onboarding and settling-in support during the initial days.Handle queries professionally and ensure a smooth parent experience.Maintain documentation and counseling records.## *Requirements*:Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in school industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with parents and young children.Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.Basic computer and documentation skills.Note: No Teacher Vacancy.
