Key Responsibilities:1. Itinerary Design:<ul><li>Develop and customize international travel packages based on client preferences, interests, and budgets.</li><li>Plan detailed itineraries, including sightseeing, activities, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.</li><li>Research destinations to recommend unique experiences and trending attractions.</li></ul>2. Booking and Coordination:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, attractions, and tours.</li><li>Coordinate with global suppliers, destination management companies (DMCs), and travel partners.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness in confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.</li></ul>3. Customer Service:<ul><li>Provide outstanding service and assistance before, during, and after travel.</li><li>Address client queries, handle complaints professionally, and resolve on-trip issues promptly.</li><li>Build long-term relationships by maintaining consistent client communication and satisfaction.</li></ul>4. Sales and Marketing:<ul><li>Promote and sell international tour packages through various channels.</li><li>Maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Support marketing efforts with content for promotions, offers, and social media campaigns.</li></ul>5. Logistics and Administration:<ul><li>Handle visa documentation, travel insurance, forex coordination, and related travel requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and vendor communications.</li><li>Work closely with accounts and operations teams for smooth execution of all tours</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
