Role Overview:We are seeking a senior HR Project/Program Manager with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS HR modules to lead a full-cycle EBS version upgrade project for our bank. The role is a third-party hire (contractor), based on site in Doha, Qatar.The successful candidate will drive the reengineering of HR processes and policies, manage end-to-end project delivery, and act as a strategic partner to HR and IT. In addition to typical project management responsibilities, this individual will also write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) on behalf of HR, ensuring alignment with internal policies, market best practices, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the Oracle EBS HRMS upgrade across all core modules: Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, OTL, etc.</li><li>Drive and document future-state HR process and policy design in collaboration with HR leadership.</li><li>Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specs to translate business needs into system configurations and developments.</li><li>Manage coordination across vendors, internal IT, and HR SMEs to ensure delivery across all project phases.</li><li>Design and implement a scalable, automated HR reporting and analytics framework, aligned with operational, regulatory, and strategic needs.</li><li>Oversee design and/or upgrade of Performance Management module, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, employee KPIs, and appraisal workflows.</li><li>Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training rollout, and change management initiatives.</li><li>Support integration of bolt-on tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS) as needed.</li><li>Monitor project risks, timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables to ensure accountability and on-time execution.</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements :<ul><li>Minimum 12 years of overall experience in HR Systems, including at least 5 years in project leadership roles.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA or MIS) is preferred</li><li>Relevant certifications are a plus:</li><li>Oracle EBS certifications in HRMS modules</li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification</li><li>HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an added advantage for understanding policy/process frameworks</li><li>Proven expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.).</li><li>Strong techno-functional skills with ability to translate HR needs into system solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, with a willingness to dive into detailed tasks and take ownership to ensure successful execution.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in writing BRDs and functional documentation for large-scale HR system projects.</li><li>Deep knowledge of HR operations in banking, particularly within the GCC; Qatar market experience preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS upgrade projects and implementation.</li><li>Familiarity with GCC labor regulations, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (nice to have).</li></ul>Engagement Model:<ul><li>Full-time, onsite in Doha, Qatar.</li><li>Third-party contractor engagement through approved vendor.</li><li>Potential consideration for long-term role based on project outcomes and business needs.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 18 monthsEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.): 5 years (Required)</li><li>Strong techno-functional skills : 5 years (Required)</li><li>overall experience in HR Systems: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>PMP (Required)</li><li>Prince 2 (Preferred)</li></ul>

Job Title: Relationship Manager &ndash; ContractingDuration: Permanent Location: Qatar Role Objective :The incumbent will be responsible of serving as the primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio of the contracting clients. The jobholder will work with existing clients to help them make the right decisions regarding their accounts and guide on the financial services and credit solutions on offer to them. The incumbent will also be responsible for identification of possible credit sales opportunities and generate new business for Doha Bank in terms of the sector. The incumbent will review credit applications and provide recommendations to the senior management on lending viability.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute towards and assist in implementation of the Contracting sector section strategy.</li><li>Support the team in the implementation of the strategy, annual business plans, budgets, policies and procedures of the Contracting section.</li><li>Originate, maintain and develop relationships with the clients to expand Contracting Sector credit portfolio.</li><li>Promote the Bank&rsquo;s cash management, working capital, trade finance, payments, collections and other commercial products and services to realize growth objectives.</li><li>Enhance profitability of the section through sales of financial solutions to the Contracting Sector entities, including but not limited to cash management, working capital, trade finance, payments, collections and other commercial services.</li><li>Coordinate with various Department/Section Heads within the Wholesale Banking function, to consolidate cross sales efforts.</li><li>Work independently with the assigned clients to understand their business needs and associated banking needs.</li><li>Receive and review credit applications from new or existing Contracting sector clients.</li><li>Review Internal Credit Rating and RAROC for all lending clients and update same on annual basis or as and when a new facility is granted, new information available etc.</li><li>Work closely with the ARMs/ Credit Analysts to examine the credit applications, including financial statements and translate the financial soundness of these clients onto credit assessments before providing credit recommendations to the Credit Committee.</li><li>Responsible for service and account management needs of designated Contracting Sector clients of Doha Bank.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage</li><li>Professional certification such as CFA/ CPA/ CA and or CMA is preferable</li><li>08-12 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.</li><li>Experience in business / relationship management in Contracting sector, with strong understanding of the local banking industry.</li><li>Familiarity with best practices and standards in various economic sectors</li><li>Knowledge of wholesale banking</li><li>Understand broader industry trends relevant to Contracting Sector</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Relationship Manager: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Contracting sector (EPC): 5 years (Required)</li><li>Banking: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>
