This role oversees day-to-day sales activities, including managing a team of insurance advisors, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality service for corporate and individual clients. The Insurance Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and maintains strong relationships with clients and insurers to support revenue growth. Daily tasks include coaching team members, reviewing client proposals, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to optimize processes. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership.Qualifications<ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge, with proven experience in selling and structuring insurance solutions for business and individual clients.</li><li>Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and handle inquiries and issues professionally.</li><li>Candidates should possess solid Finance understanding, including basic risk assessment, pricing concepts, and interpretation of financial implications for clients.</li><li>Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.</li><li>Candidates should ideally have prior experience in insurance brokerage or financial services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, client-centered practices.</li></ul>Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Insurance: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Qatar (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
