The Role:</b></div><div>
This is a manager-level, hands-on role for a self-starter who is comfortable owning outcomes and executing the work personally.</div><div></div><div><br>
There is no digital marketing department to manage and no team to delegate to. You will be responsible for both the strategy and the execution of Fusion Optix&rsquo;s website, eCommerce experience, and digital outreach, while maintaining a high standard of brand and visual consistency.</div><div></div><div><br>
You will also collaborate with peer teams across the 3LED Group, particularly LEDSupply, to share best practices, align systems where appropriate, and help elevate the group&rsquo;s overall digital capability.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You Will Do (Personally):</b></div><ul><li>
Own and operate the Fusion Optix website.</li><li>
Manage and update our WordPress / WooCommerce site directly.</li><li>
Implement changes to site structure, navigation, product pages, and content.</li><li>
Ensure technical product information, applications, and resources are clear, accurate, and easy to find.</li><li>
Manage the eCommerce experience end-to-end.</li><li>
Maintain product listings, workflows, pricing logic, and checkout experience in WooCommerce.</li><li>
Identify and implement improvements to usability, conversion, and customer experience.</li><li>
Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues without reliance on outside agencies.</li><li>
Execute digital marketing and outreach.</li><li>
Personally run SEO, email marketing, and digital campaigns.</li><li>
Build, launch, and refine campaigns using performance data.</li><li>
Translate internal technical knowledge into clear, effective digital communication.</li><li>
Integrate digital activity with Salesforce.</li><li>
Ensure leads, inquiries, and customer activity flow cleanly into Salesforce CRM.</li><li>
Support alignment between the website, eCommerce activity, and sales follow-up.</li><li>
Use CRM data to inform campaign targeting and performance tracking.</li><li>
Maintain visual quality and brand consistency.</li><li>
Create and modify web and marketing graphics as needed (site imagery, banners, email assets, social posts).</li><li>
Apply and uphold Fusion Optix brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>
Ensure visual consistency and professionalism without reliance on a dedicated design team.</li><li>
Run social and outbound channels.</li><li>
Manage Fusion Optix&rsquo;s social presence directly (primarily LinkedIn).</li><li>
Curate and publish content from engineers and product leaders.</li><li>
Establish a consistent cadence and voice aligned with our technical brand.</li><li>
Collaborate across the 3LED Group.</li><li>
Work with digital and eCommerce counterparts across other 3LED brands.</li><li>
Share best practices, tools, and insights&mdash;particularly with LEDSupply, a high-velocity eCommerce business.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for system alignment, cross-promotion, or reuse of proven digital approaches.</li><li>
Measure and improve performance.</li><li>
Track traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics.</li><li>
Use analytics to guide decisions and prioritize improvements.</li><li>
Treat the website and digital channels as living systems requiring continuous refinement.</li></ul><div><b>

Experience &amp; Capabilities: </b>You should have:</div><ul><li>
Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and digital lead flows.</li><li>
Practical experience with SEO, email marketing, and analytics.</li><li>
Adequate graphic design capability (e.g., Adobe, Figma, or equivalent) to execute digital assets independently.</li><li>
Experience owning digital performance metrics, not just reporting on them.</li></ul><div><b>
