Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Tender Team, bringing deep expertise in Civil, MEP and Structured Cabling works. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering technically sound and commercially viable bids from concept to submission.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Independently lead the technical scope for MEP, and Civil-related SOWs in bids, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and client expectations.&#9679; Prepare and author detailed technical content: design narratives, method statements, execution plans, compliance checklists, and value engineering proposals.&#9679; Review tender documents and drawings, identify technical risks, and propose engineered solutions aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.&#9679; Support the bid team in understanding requirements and developing practical, effective solutions.&#9679; Oversee the integration of structured cabling systems within the MEP framework and coordinate network infrastructure requirements for solutioning and pricing.&#9679; Evaluate civil components (ducting, foundations, cable trenches) and coordinate with design partners for interface alignment.&#9679; Finalize priced BOQs and ensure accurate, technically sound pricing.&#9679;Review commercial aspects of bids to ensure full scope coverage and compliance, reducing disqualification risks.&#9679; Conduct and coordinate site surveys as needed.&#9679; Serve as the go-to expert for technical clarifications, pre-bid queries, and client-facing presentations related to MEP, SCN, and Civil streams.&#9679; Contribute technical and commercial insights in bid and contract review meetings.&#9679; Stay updated on standards like IES, NEC, TIA/EIA, BS/EN, and apply them to designs and documentation.&#9679; Build and maintain vendor relationships in line with latest technologies and market trends.&#9679; Foster positive, effective relationships with customers, partners, and the internal bid team.Qualifications &amp; Skills&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred)&#9679; Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience in infrastructure or aviation-related projects with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary bids.&#9679; Excellent technical writing and content development skills for proposals and submissions.&#9679; Deep understanding of structured cabling architecture and system integration across disciplines.&#9679; Familiar with airport operational and safety requirements, especially in airside environments.&#9679; Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other design documentation tools.Experience&#9679; 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or aviation-related projects.&#9679; 4+ years of direct experience in bid/estimation rolesJob Type: Full-time

We&rsquo;re looking for a Risk Management Consultant with deep knowledge of Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity frameworks to help strengthen our strategic capabilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management Frameworks, aligned with international standards and organizational objectives.</li><li>Conduct strategic risk assessments supported by robust control mechanism testing to verify mitigation effectiveness.</li><li>Define and assess strategic risk control mechanisms.</li><li>Assist in the development of Strategic Risk Treatment Plans for high and very high-risk areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities.</li><li>Maintain a timely and accurate Strategic Risk Register, reflecting current risk status, treatment actions, and review dates.</li><li>Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for high and very high-risk categories to support early warning systems and proactive management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>At least 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Governance roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international risk standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM Framework, ISO 22301).</li><li>Proven experience in developing and maintaining strategic risk frameworks and registers.</li><li>Skilled in risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and key risk indicator development.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CRMP, ISO 31000 Certified Risk Manager, CBCI, or IRM Certificate in Risk Management are an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
