Job Overview:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team; The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our shipping processes. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for interaction with carrier drivers, performing data entry tasks, filing documents, working with our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and collaborating with other team members to achieve operational excellence. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ensure accurate and timely loading of shipments onto carriers&rsquo; vehicles.</li><li>
Greet and assist carrier drivers picking up freight.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with drivers to facilitate a seamless pickup process.</li><li>
Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and inventory.</li><li>
Work with spreadsheets to record and track shipment details.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered in the system.</li><li>
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for shipping documents.</li><li>
Ensure that all necessary shipping records are properly filed for east retrieval.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively with other staff members to achieve common goals.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule shipping activities to optimize efficiency.</li></ul>
 Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Proven experience in shipping or logistics role is preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management.</li><li>
Familiarity with WMS, especially synapse, is a plus.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>

Job Overview:
At Fusion, we are looking for a great Recruiting Specialist with a preferred successful track record in hiring top-performing freight brokers. The ideal candidate will possess deep 3PL industry knowledge and a keen understanding of the unique demands and qualifications necessary for success in freight brokering. This role requires a proactive, strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring our freight brokers meet and exceed company expectations and goals.
This is an on-site role with possibility of hybrid 1x/ week.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:<ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy specifically targeting freight brokers.</li><li>
Utilize industry-specific job boards, hiring platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.</li><li>
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous networking and relationship-building.</li></ul>
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:<ul><li>
Source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing and referrals.</li><li>
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates&rsquo; qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.</li><li>
Evaluate candidates&rsquo; understanding of freight brokering, including regulations, market dynamics, and operational challenges.</li></ul>
Hiring Manager Collaboration:<ul><li>
Work closely with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand specific hiring needs and role requirements.</li><li>
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.</li><li>
Advise on market trends and competitive hiring practices to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent.</li></ul>
Interview and Selection:<ul><li>
Coordinate and conduct structured interviews, utilizing behavioral and situational questions to evaluate candidates&rsquo; skills and competencies.</li><li>
Assess candidates&rsquo; ability to meet company expectations and contribute to achieving business goals.</li><li>
Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring teams to ensure thorough evaluation and alignment on candidate selection.</li></ul> 
Metrics and Reporting:<ul><li>
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies</li><li>
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.</li><li>
Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights and feedback.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year in the Freight/ 3PL Logistics and Transportation industries with a strong understanding of the brokerage industry &amp; business model.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>
Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>
