They are looking to convert someone between $80,000 - $85,000 annually. Bonus target is 10% of base salary. 
 
 
Looking for 5+ years of experience
<ul><li>Looking to fill two positions and needs local candidates who can go into office 3x per week.</li>
<li>These are CTH with the full intent to convert at the 3 month mark.</li>
<li>Looking for Development experience - 1+ years- Any style dev, SQL, XML, JSON, Java, .Net o</li>
<li>Need dev in background Analysis experience -</li>
<li>1+ years - requirements gathering, technical requirements documents, User Story creation, supporting dev on 2 week agile sprint basis- Jira,</li>
<li>VB Testing experience - 1+ years- Will be creating and executing test plans and test scripts- VB This is the core of the position, if we find someone that has this experience, specific to supporting a Product(workflow product) that will be good enough.</li>
<li>From there it would be nice to have Life/Annuities, experience working with Actuarial teams... ext.. Everything else remains consistent with prior position... This is for the ALIP Product Configuration Team.</li>
<li>Product Configuration is the calculations side of the ALIP system.</li>
<li>We spent 2024 learning about what we are supposed to be doing. Client is doing all of the configuration currently.</li>
<li>We are learning what we need to do for development and testing.</li>
<li>Now we are comfortable with this, so in 2025, Client will step back and we will take over the configuration, development and testing.</li>
</ul>Experience Required: 
<ul><li>Candidates should have some life insurance and annuity product experience.</li>
<li>They need to have an idea of how it works. ALIP is a plus, but it can be learned. So the product knowledge is really most important.</li>
<li>Need to be able to develop tools for themselves. ALIP UI is all web based. For testing, they need to be able to navigate and test policy transactions.</li>
<li>They must have SQL experience.</li>
<li>They also should have Excel experience to build up calculations in the system.</li>
<li>For day to day, we use Jira. We work in an agile workflow delivery process.</li>
<li>For configuration, we work within the UI. The focus isn//'t validation/testing. It is about figuring out the design, how do I fit the logic into the framework? Can I share it? They need to be mindful of the performance as well. So they should have life insurance/annuity programming experience.</li>
</ul>Job Purpose/Role 
 
The ALIP Configuration team within the Actuarial department is responsible for the successful implementation of complex calculations in our policy administration system. As a System Test Analyst, you will work directly with the configuration analysts to test critical processes within the ALIP (Client Life Insurance &amp; Annuity Platform) system related to the configuration of insurance/annuity products. 
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Develop in-depth understanding of complex insurance and annuity products and business processing</li>
<li>Solve complex problems considering required business functionality, sustainability and scalability of solutions</li>
<li>Develop and maintain validation tools</li>
<li>Collaborate with business and IT teams on test execution</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug and fix issues as they arise in lower and production environments.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on system functionality</li>
<li>Develop product expertise for all lines of business</li>
<li>Work within an Agile environment focused on product delivery</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with various teams, 3 rd party vendors, and team members to improve turnaround time and efficiency</li>

Experience
<ul><li>Understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes</li>
<li>Life and Annuities product testing experience with a Policy Administration System; ALIP Configuration is preferable</li>
<li>Understanding of SQL database and ability to write simple queries</li>
<li>Advocate of Agile practices and culture</li>
</ul>Education
<ul><li>4 year degree required: Four year degree in technical discipline, engineering, business, Actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or related field; or equivalent experience.</li>

Summary: 
The Avionics Systems Engineer is responsible for developing requirements and MBSE models to support developing and integrating software components related to the control of air vehicle subsystems for the Avionics IPT on the FLRAA program. 
 
What you&rsquo;ll be doing as an Avionics Systems Engineer: 
 
 
Develop architecture models for software components. 
Write high level requirements for software components. 
Perform SysML Modeling in MagicDraw/Cameo. 
Generate system functional requirements from stakeholder expectation. 
Validate and verify system requirements. 
Coordinate with Internal and External teams, suppliers, and peers to generate and execute project/design plans and reviews. 
Develop test cases to verify the system under test. 
Troubleshoot and resolve system integration/verification issues. 
Manage and coordinate issues, problem reports, and change requests to closure. 
Coordinate design changes and deliveries with Safety, Security, and Certification organizations. 
Ensure timely delivery of systems requirements, integrated validation/verification activities, and issue resolution. 
Escalate issues that need additional engineering or business leadership assistance in a timely manner. 
 
 
Skills You Bring to This Role: 
 
 
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Mechanical or Other Engineering degrees may be considered with applicable experience. 
At least 5+ years&rsquo; work experience in similar engineering environment but hiring at all skill levels for this position, 10+ years preferred 
Experience with engineering processes including requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirements validation, requirements verification, integration, embedded software, electronic systems, FAA/EASA/NAA certification, cyber and system safety. 
Experience with DO-297, DO-178 and/or DO-331 process assurance experience is a plus 
Prior experience working on A653 partition-based operating system is a plus 
Able to communicate directly with senior leadership inside and outside the company. 
Self-motivated and able to track and report performance to cost and schedule. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
Experience in developing or designing within an Avionics Environment 
 
 
 
 
Experience with MBSE tools (eg EA Sparx, IBM Rhapsody, Magic Draw), CM tools (eg SVN, Clearcase, git, Dimensions)Knowledge of RF/ microwave test equipment is required, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers. 
 
Expertise with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data is required. 
 
 
 
Desired skills: 
 
Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry is desired. 
 
Professional experience in a manufacturing environment is desired. 
 
Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF is desired. 
 
Familiarity with RF / microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools is desired. 
 
Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues is desired. 
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are desired. 
 
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
