<div><b>Overview:</b><br>
We are seeking an experienced Python Development Technical Lead that can be highly adaptable Scrum Master to lead agile execution for a fast-paced AI prototyping initiative. This role is focused on enabling a cross-functional team to rapidly design, build, and iterate on AI-driven solutions under tight timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and ensures delivery velocity without sacrificing quality.</div>
<div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead Python Development team and perform hands on design and development while serving as Scrum Master</li>
<li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on speed and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Remove impediments quickly to maintain team momentum in a rapid prototyping environment</li>
<li>Partner with product owners, AI engineers, data scientists, and designers to align priorities and sprint goals</li>
<li>Promote agile best practices while adapting frameworks to suit experimental and iterative AI development</li>
<li>Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team</li>
<li>Support backlog grooming and ensure user stories are well-defined and actionable</li>
<li>Help manage shifting priorities and evolving requirements typical of AI research and prototyping</li>
<li>Encourage rapid experimentation, learning loops, and iterative releases</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>5+ years of Technical Lead</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in Python Development</li>
<li>1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks</li>
<li>Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, data science, product)</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage fast-paced, ambiguous projects with changing requirements</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience in AI/ML, data science, or rapid prototyping environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile project management platforms</li>
<li>Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Experience with Lean Startup or experimentation-driven development</li>
