Job Summary: The Application Specialist supports the clinical and technical use of medical devices by providing product training, demonstrations, and on-site application support. This role acts as the bridge between sales, clinicians, and technical teams, ensuring correct usage, customer satisfaction, and optimal clinical outcomes. Think of it as translating sophisticated tech into confident, everyday clinical practice.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and hands-on training for doctors, nurses, and technicians</li><li>Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support to the sales team and customers</li><li>Assist during clinical procedures, trials, and evaluations when required</li><li>Train customers on safe, effective, and compliant use of devices</li><li>Troubleshoot basic application or usage issues and coordinate with service teams for escalations</li><li>Collect user feedback and share insights with sales, product, and R&amp;D teams</li><li>Support workshops, CMEs, conferences, and promotional events</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards during product use</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, reports, and training records</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or a related field</li><li>Clinical background or experience with medical devices is an advantage</li><li>Certification or hands-on exposure to relevant devices is preferred</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in application support, clinical training, or medical device handling</li><li>Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and learning ability may also be considered</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of medical devices and clinical workflows</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to train and engage clinical users confidently</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to travel for customer support and demos</li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to work alongside sales and technical teams</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹587,215.08 - ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
