In this crucial role, your focus will be on delivering first-rate administrative support and expertly handling client requests related to immigration and administration, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary point of liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met through phone, email, or direct face-to-face interactions.</li><li>Manage and oversee the meticulous handling of client paperwork, ensuring the timely collection and organization of all essential documents.</li><li>Skillfully draft, prepare, and finalize official documentation, including correspondence, applications, and other pertinent materials.</li><li>Efficiently handle client requests utilizing the company's proprietary software, collaborating closely with the appropriate departments to ensure inquiries are addressed and tasks are executed to completion.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Three years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Working knowledge of the office equipment and computer software</li><li>English fluency</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Attentive work ethic, information-oriented, as well as self-motivated</li><li>Great attention to detail and organization skills</li></ul>Working hours from 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break). Future Gate Business Services is a leading provider of corporate solutions, specializing in business setup, strategic advisory, and comprehensive HR and immigration services across the GCC, with a strong presence in Qatar and Kuwait.futuregate-kw.comAre you passionate about management excellence and adept at managing client requests your focus will be on delivering first-rate administrative support ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and scale branch operations: service delivery, SLAs, quality, client onboarding, and escalations.</li><li>Full P&amp;L responsibility: budgeting, pricing, cost control, monthly reporting, and target achievement.</li><li>Business development: key-account management, proposals, bid responses, and revenue growth.</li><li>Regulatory &amp; compliance leadership: ensure all activities comply with Kuwait regulations (PAM, MOI, MOCI, PACI, KWT WPS, immigration/work permits, visas, renewals, company setup, amendments, liquidations).</li><li>Team leadership: Train, coach, and performance-manage coordinators/PROs/admins.</li><li>Vendor &amp; government liaison: manage relationships with ministries, notaries, translation offices, insurers, and other partners.</li><li>Process excellence: standardize SOPs, dashboards, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Risk management: manage audits, documentation, confidentiality, and client data security.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7&ndash;10+ years&rsquo; experience in corporate services/outsourcing/HR &amp; immigration in Kuwait, including client-facing delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated P&amp;L ownership and branch/office leadership experience.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Kuwait labor/immigration/commercial regulations (PAM, MOI, MOCI, PACI, WPS).</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.</li><li>Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.</li></ul>Working hours from 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break).
