<ul><li>Execute E-Gov and Metrash online services, ensuring timely and accurate completion.</li><li>Manage tasks related to immigration and residency services through online platforms, including renewals, applications, and updates.</li><li>Prepare and translate applications, letters, and related documents in Arabic.</li><li>Liaise with government ministries, including the Ministry of Interior and other relevant departments, to resolve issues and complete processes efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Three years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Working knowledge of the office equipment and computer software</li><li>Arabic native speaker</li><li>English is must</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Attentive work ethic, information-oriented, as well as self-motivated</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>administrative office: 3 years (Required)</li><li>online Qatar government: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>fluent English (Required)</li><li>fluent Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>

E-gov and Translation Coordinator

<ul><li>Welcome and assist all visitors.</li><li>Manage all forms of communication, including incoming and outgoing calls.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and requests via in-person, email, or other service platforms.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all received and dispatched documents within the company.</li><li>Perform copying and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents.</li><li>Update delivery records in the document management system.</li><li>Handle shipments through DHL, FedEx, QPost, Aramex, etc.</li><li>Distribute office supplies to staff upon request.</li><li>Coordinate the monthly delivery of invoices.</li><li>Support the team with document handling as required.</li><li>Act as the Personal Secretary to the Operations Manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English</li><li>Computer skills (Windows, Office, internet)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>8 AM to 5 PM (1 hour lunch break).
