<ul><li>Welcome and assist all visitors.</li><li>Manage all forms of communication, including incoming and outgoing calls.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and requests via in-person, email, or other service platforms.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all received and dispatched documents within the company.</li><li>Perform copying and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents.</li><li>Update delivery records in the document management system.</li><li>Handle shipments through DHL, FedEx, QPost, Aramex, etc.</li><li>Distribute office supplies to staff upon request.</li><li>Coordinate the monthly delivery of invoices.</li><li>Support the team with document handling as required.</li><li>Act as the Personal Secretary to the Operations Manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English</li><li>Computer skills (Windows, Office, internet)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>8 AM to 5 PM (1 hour lunch break).
