Their responsibilities typically include:<ul><li>Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales plans to achieve enrollment targets and expand the institute&rsquo;s market presence.</li><li>Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance, effective client engagement, and achievement of sales goals.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and stay updated with industry trends.</li><li>Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, corporate clients, and educational partners.</li><li>Brand Promotion: Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.</li><li>Collaborating with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process and customer experience.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Pricing &amp; Offer Strategies: Develop competitive pricing, discounts, and promotional schemes to attract students while maintaining profitability.</li><li>Event Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, workshops, and campus visits to attract potential students.</li><li>Customer Feedback &amp; Improvement: Gather feedback from students and clients to improve service quality and customize offerings as needed.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Ethical Standards: Ensure all sales activities adhere to ethical standards and relevant regulations.</li></ul>By effectively managing these responsibilities, the Sales Head helps the training institute achieve its enrollment and revenue objectives while maintaining a positive reputation in the market.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
