We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a strong track record in B2B sales, business growth, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, deeply familiar with our product range, and dedicated to consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets. Sales Coordinator contributes in supporting sales and overall business growth. She has an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them.Responsibilities:&middot; Building relationships with assigned customers and support the sales team.&middot; Ask questions to understand customer requirements and support sales team to close sales accordingly.&middot; Handle grievances to preserve the company&rsquo;s reputation&middot; Go the &ldquo;extra mile&rdquo; to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales&middot; Respond to all the calls and emails of the Clients, generate quotations, invoices etc.&middot; Listening to the customers' needs to understand their needs to aid in sales generation if required.&middot; Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize any delays in sales process when required.&middot; Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products in Bitrix24.&middot; Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.&middot; Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.&middot; Provide sales support for the assigned geographic area to support achievement of profitable growth for the Industrial business&middot; Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client data on Bitrix24, and developing an active, repeat customer base.&middot; Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics&middot; Develop an excellent rapport with the existing customers and source new clients as required.&middot; Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.&middot; Follow-up on outstanding payments for assigned clients.&middot; Schedule appointments and meetings for sales team on leads as assigned.&middot; Coordinating with sales and supply chain teams internally as required.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS&middot; 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity.&middot; Must be a Business Graduate.&middot; Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting up appointments.&middot; The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation&middot; Excellent communication and follow-up skills&middot; Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects&middot; The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you in Karachi?</li><li>How much experience as Sales Coordinator do you have in Industrial Sales?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
