This is a highly autonomous, dual-discipline role responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing all public-facing digital properties with the primary goal of maximizing sales and lead conversions. Operating in a bootstrapped environment, the engineer owns the full product lifecycle: from initial user research and prototyping (UX/UI) to production code and A/B test implementation (Development &amp; CRO).Key Responsibility:<ul><li>Full-Stack Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain all web properties (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries) ensuring speed, stability, and SEO performance.</li><li>UX/UI Design &amp; Prototyping: Conduct lean user research to identify conversion funnels.
