JOB DESCRIPTIONADMISSIONS: Convert Conversations into CommitmentsCounsel prospective students via phone, email, and face-to-face meetingsHandle inbound calls and make outbound calls that convert into admissionsResolve student and parent queries across all channels with confidenceMaintain communication from first contact through successful onboardingDrive promotional activities and workshops to increase walk-insWork toward targets with a results-driven mindsetGenerate periodic MIS reports and maintain admission guidelinesACADEMICS: Keep the Student Journey SmoothManage academic calendars, batch schedules, and student recordsOrganize induction programs, events, and workshopsTrack assignments, resources, examinations, and evaluationsParticipate in education fairs and engage actively with studentsEnsure curriculum materials reach teachers and students on timeOPERATIONS: Keep Everything RunningCoordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for seamless operationsAssist with fee collection and vendor/faculty paymentsMaintain comprehensive records for students, faculty, and infrastructureSkills &amp; Experience:Must-Haves:✓ Exceptional communication skills&mdash;articulate, persuasive, empathetic✓ Magnetic personality&mdash;confident, energetic, professional✓ Experience in UG/PG student counseling and tele-counseling✓ Face-to-face counseling expertise✓ Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously✓ Target-driven with a positive, conversion-focused approach✓ Proficiency in Google Sheets, Meet, Zoom, MS OfficePreferred:✓ Experience with Lead Management Systems (LMS)✓ Proven track record of high conversion rates✓A positive, can-do attitude that turns challenges into opportunitiesYou'll be the first voice students hear.
