Job Description &ndash; Database Migration &amp; Azure Cloud Specialist (US Based)We are seeking a US-based Database Migration &amp; Azure Cloud Specialist to support secure enterprise application migration, cloud infrastructure coordination, and compliance-focused deployment activities within a healthcare-sensitive environment.This role requires strong technical expertise along with client-facing communication abilities to support migration planning, production rollout, training, and operational stabilization.Experience Required<ul><li>6&ndash;9 years of relevant experience</li><li>Experience working on enterprise or healthcare/compliance-sensitive applications</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute secure database migration and deployment activities</li><li>Perform data validation, migration verification, rollback planning, and production cutover support</li><li>Coordinate with technical, infrastructure, and client stakeholders during migration phases</li><li>Support Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment monitoring, and troubleshooting</li><li>Handle environment coordination across staging, production, and disaster recovery setups</li><li>Monitor application health, logs, integrations, and database performance</li><li>Assist in compliance-focused operational setup and security best practices</li><li>Conduct client communication, training sessions, technical walkthroughs, and support activities</li><li>Support parallel-run and post-migration stabilization activities</li><li>Work closely with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution and deployment coordination</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong experience with SQL Server and relational databases</li><li>Hands-on experience in database migration, backup/recovery, and deployment activities</li><li>Good understanding of Azure cloud services and infrastructure</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment monitoring, and server debugging</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, audit logging, and compliance standards</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to independently handle client-facing discussions and training sessions</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with healthcare or regulated industry projects in the USA</li><li>Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR), access control, encryption, and security monitoring</li><li>Experience handling large-scale data migration or legacy modernization projects</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-hosted enterprise applications</li><li>Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Shell/Python) for operational automation</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Log Analytics</li></ul>Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
