This position offers exciting sales opportunities to apply your &quot;people&quot; skills in a caring family oriented environment dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and air handlers.</li><li>Troubleshoot control systems using tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults accurately.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and make recommendations to homeowners to prevent future issues and extend equipment lifespan.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for system repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and safety.</li><li>Interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand complex system layouts for efficient troubleshooting and repairs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs performed, provide maintenance advice, and ensure high levels of customer service.</li><li>Requirements</li><li>Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R or related construction fields with a strong mechanical knowledge base.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and HVAC design plans accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.</li><li>Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications related to HVAC system repair or building automation systems are a plus.</li><li>Experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair across various mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Familiarity with plumbing components and electrical diagnostics essential for comprehensive system troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with equipment troubleshooting is required.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record is necessary for travel between job sites.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional service by applying your technical expertise in a role that values safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction!Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
