About The Role</p><p>
G2 is looking for an Employee Success intern to join our team this summer, and support our People Operations (POps), Employee Experience (EX) and People Analytics Systems (PAS) team. Are you a creative, insightful, analytical college student? If so, come launch your HR career at G2! In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of Employee Success, including experience in people operations, learning &amp; development, DEI initiatives, employee engagement survey administration &amp; analysis, creating and updating processes for our Employee Success team and analyzing people data to help our organization make better people-driven decisions.</p><p></p><p>
As a member of the Employee Success team you will do the following:</p><ul><li><div>
Assist in driving integration processes following G2&rsquo;s recent acquisition, including support with role alignment and building job descriptions.</div></li><li><div>
Assess current stay &amp; exit interview strategies and provide recommendations to improve on how G2 collects and utilizes data</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with various ES Team members and other business partners to design, develop and implement HR operational improvements while focusing on optimization and efficiency</div></li><li><div>
Assist with new hire onboarding &amp; orientation for new employees, including pre-boarding activities, orientation sessions, and soliciting feedback</div></li><li><div>
Analyze, consolidate, and create employee resources that will be posted to the company wiki</div></li><li><div>

We're seeking a technical engineering intern to help build foundational infrastructure for our AI initiatives in our GTM Teams by creating a comprehensive inventory of AI assets and contributing to the development and deployment of AI agents across the organization. This role requires hands-on experience building AI solutions and the ability to bridge technical implementation with business impact.</p><p><b>
