We help investors gain clarity, increase profit, and make better financial decisions.We don&rsquo;t do basic bookkeeping&mdash;we build decision-ready financials.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage bookkeeping for multiple real estate entities</li><li>Execute full 8-step accounting cycle</li><li>Perform monthly:</li><li>Bank &amp; credit card reconciliations</li><li>Financial reporting (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)</li><li>Track properties from purchase &rarr; rehab &rarr; sale/refinance</li><li>Ensure proper classification (CapEx vs Expense)</li><li>Maintain clean, accurate books for CFO review</li><li>Communicate with team and meet deadlines consistently</li></ul>Requirements (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>QuickBooks Certified</li><li>Strong understanding of the accounting cycle (all 8 steps)</li><li>Experience with real estate bookkeeping</li><li>Experience managing multiple clients/entities</li><li>Able to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Construction/job costing experience</li><li>Experience with real estate investors (flipping, rentals, wholesaling, etc)</li><li>Team leadership or review experience</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Detail-oriented (you catch errors others miss)</li><li>Organized (you can handle multiple clients without dropping the ball)</li><li>Critical thinker (not just data entry)</li><li>Ownership mindset (you solve problems, not wait for instructions)</li></ul>Application Questions<ul><li>How many entities have you managed at once?</li><li>Describe your real estate bookkeeping experience</li><li>What are the 8 steps of the accounting cycle?</li><li>Walk us through tracking a property from purchase to sale</li><li>What is your QuickBooks certification level?</li></ul>Who Should NOT Apply<ul><li>No real estate experience</li><li>No QuickBooks certification</li><li>Looking for basic data entry work</li></ul>Why Join G2<ul><li>Remote flexibility</li><li>Growth opportunity</li><li>Work with serious real estate operators</li><li>Be part of a high-performance team</li></ul>Compensation is commencerate with experience and responsiblities.
