Oversee administrative staff and assign duties to direct reports</div>
<div>Manage the day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility for scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, and limiting overtime.
</div><div>Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)</div>
<div>Implement a safety plan for the station</div>
<div>Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary</div>
<div>Perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary.</div>
<div><div>Train/retrain all personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.</div>
<div>Maintain good employee relations. Handle employee problems efficiently and effectively.</div>
<div>Client Relations - Effectively communicate with senior airline management and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from airlines, staff and the public.</div>
<div>Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.</div>
<div>Monitor employee activity and adjust as needed.</div>
<div>Handle off-schedule operations when the Manager is not available.</div>
<div>Perform other duties as requested.</div>

Overnight Cabin Supervisor

<p><b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous office experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable regarding applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to the hiring process and employment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Word processing and typing and filing skills.</li>
<li>Computer experience preferred</li>
<li>Bookkeeping and mathematical aptitude preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team while focusing on details.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook preferred.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>

<li>Perform clerical duties as directed</li>
<li>Actively Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)</li>
<li>Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies. Greet and direct visitors.</li>
<li>Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence.</li>
<li>Complete and maintain personnel files, where applicable. Assist in setting up office system.</li>
<li>Order office supplies. Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment.</li>
<li>Processes licenses, tracks I-9 and DFMV information insuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations (where applicable.)</li>
<li>Maintain and follow up on applicant flow log and monthly licensing log.</li>
<li>Monitor drug program (where applicable.)</li>
<li>Handle disbursement of random drug testing (where applicable.)</li>
<li>Process and monitor personnel applications (where applicable.)</li>
<li>Process and monitor all new hires and terminations.</li>
<li>Monitors WOTC process. Audits WOTC log to make sure employees calls are being made on all new hires.</li>
<li>Sort and distribute all corporate data information. Order/distribute supplies.</li>
<li>Input payroll (where applicable.)</li>
<li>Responsible for criminal background checks. Process new hire personnel.</li>
<li>Reviews files for compliance, and notifies Manager of compliance deficiencies.</li>
<li>Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner.</li>
<li>Attend meetings and in-services as required identification badges must always be visible.</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.</li>
