This internship offers structured, hands‑on training in electrical systems, construction workflows, and digital technologies&mdash;providing the foundation for a successful career in engineering and project management.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for international projects</li><li>Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs</li><li>Conduct material take‑offs and support benchmarking of labor and material rates</li><li>Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate suppliers/distributors</li><li>Contribute to workflow automation and digital project documentation</li><li>Maintain precise records and project data</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Students or recent graduates in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Familiarity with electrical systems, estimation, or construction workflows</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (CAD/estimation software is a plus)</li><li>Effective communicators, adaptable, and eager to learn</li></ul>Internship Details<ul><li>Duration: 3 months (mentorship under senior estimators)</li><li>Shifts:</li><li>Morning Shift (Females): 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>Evening Shift (Males): 4:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM</li><li>Location: House 129, Shaheen Block, Chinarbag, Rawind Road, Lahore</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Practical training in USA‑based construction estimation projects</li><li>Direct mentorship from experienced engineers and estimators</li><li>Exposure to procurement strategies, estimation methodologies, and digital workflows</li><li>Certificate of completion with potential career pathways</li></ul>Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
