We are looking for a Picker for our Facility Management business.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are effectively selected, identified and dispatched for delivery.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Locate items using bin codes and verify details to ensure 100% order accuracy.</li><li>Scan items to update inventory records and perform quality checks (e.g., no damage, correct expiration date).</li><li>Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.</li><li>Organize and stage picked items into totes or trolleys for transfer to the Packing/Sortation area.</li><li>Ensure orders are completed by dispatch cut-off times and maintain 5S cleanliness standards in the work aisles.</li></ul>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE<ul><li>Education/Experience: High School Diploma preferred;</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment;</li><li>RF scanner experience is a plus.</li><li>Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to stand for extended periods (10&ndash;12 hours), and capacity to lift up to 15 kg.</li><li>Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>If you believe you are the suitable candidate for this position, please apply!Job Type: Full-time

Picker - Warehouse Merchandiser

JOB INTRODUCTION We are looking for an Accountant for our G4S Bahrain business. Reporting to the Finance Manager of G4S Bahrain.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.</li><li>Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.</li><li>Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling ransactions and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.</li><li>Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.</li><li>Produces payroll by initiating computer processing, printing checks, verifying finished products.</li><li>Completes external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.</li><li>Protects the organization&rsquo;s value by keeping information confidential.</li><li>Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, produce error-free accounting reports and present their results, spot errors, and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending/reducing purchase costs</li><li>Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures</li><li>Preparing Forecasts and Budget data for the Cash Division and Entire company (as per guidance from Head of Finance)</li><li>Assist with tax audits and tax returns, support Head of Finance in internal and external audit to ensure compliance</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close process within the set deadlines</li><li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls</li><li>Any other tasks, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Head of Finance and Country Head of the business</li></ul>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE<ul><li>Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience with either manufacturing or service Industry (Security Industry experience would be advantageous but not compulsory)</li><li>M.Com, B.Com or CA Intermediate (Semi qualified CA)</li><li>Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken communication</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups (other advanced functions) and pivot tables</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software packages</li><li>Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process</li><li>Managing External and Internal Audits</li><li>Locally available candidates (In Bahrain) would be given preference for this position.</li></ul>If you think you are the suitable candidate, apply now!Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary expectation?</li><li>What is your notice period (in months)?</li></ul>
