Summary</b></div><p>
As a Senior Onboarding Accountant, you will be our new client&rsquo;s first impression of the GrowthForce service team. You will be responsible for performing the standard onboarding and implementation checklist, executing projects and initiatives discovered during the sales and scoping process, and identifying additional ways to improve financial insights and visibility. Exercising judgment and discretion, you will clean up the books and document processes and procedures before handing off the client to the recurring services team and moving on to the next implementation. You will have an excellent knowledge of systems, integrations, and conversions and have a passion for identifying simple solutions for complex challenges.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serves as the initial point of contact for new clients.</li><li>
Serves as a mentor and supports other implementation associates.</li><li>
Gains access to clients&rsquo; systems and, in some cases, converts to our platforms.</li><li>
Anticipates project risks, addresses any challenges, reduces issues, and escalates to appropriate parties.</li><li>
Identifies creative ways to overcome obstacles.</li><li>
Develops an understanding of current client processes and identify gaps and areas of opportunity.</li><li>
Executes clean-up activities to get accounting records up to date and accurate.</li><li>
Realigns chart of accounts and financial statements to enhance financial insights and visibility.</li><li>
Prepares process documentation to enable a seamless transition to recurring service team.</li><li>
Communicates progress updates to clients on a weekly basis</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Education:</b></p><ul><li>
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
4+ years of accounting experience is required. Outsourced accounting onboarding experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Excellent people, customer service, organizational and presentation skills.</li><li>
Extremely detail oriented and focused on completion and follow up.</li><li>
Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability and desire to multi-task and take on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent work habits and self-motivation.</li><li>

Salary: Starting wage is $75,000 to $85,000 The starting range represents the low and high end of the G&amp;A Partners&rsquo; range for this position. Actual wages will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of G&amp;A&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commissions, annual bonuses, and program specific rewards. In addition, G&amp;A Partners provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending, ancillary benefits, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
