MIS Executive &ndash; Job ProfilePosition SummaryAn MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to support business decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, automating workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across departments. MIS Executives help organizations monitor performance, optimize operations, and improve productivity through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities1. Reporting &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.</li><li>Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.</li><li>Analyze data trends and highlight deviations or issues.</li><li>Automate repetitive reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.</li></ul>2. Database Management<ul><li>Maintain and update company databases (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, CRM).</li><li>Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.</li></ul>3. Business Support<ul><li>Work with sales, operations, HR, finance, or logistics teams to gather data.</li><li>Provide analytical insights that support strategic planning.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and help improve operational efficiency.</li></ul>4.
