</div><ul><li>Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).</li>

</ul><div><b>Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:</b></div>
<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required</li>
<li>Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs</li>
<li>Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent customer service/sales background</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once</li>
<li>Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude</li>

<ul><li> Give our customers a ride home</li></ul>
<ul><li> Washing vehicles</li></ul>
<ul><li> Some janitorial work.</li></ul>
