Graphic Designer with Real Estate Experience Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for real estate and strong content creation skills? GCC Real Estate is looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life through stunning visuals, engaging social media content, and compelling marketing materials.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design within the real estate industry</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools</li><li>Skilled in editing Instagram reels, short videos, and producing dynamic visual content</li><li>Ability to create social media posts with strong content and visual storytelling</li><li>Knowledge of branding, layouts, and designing brochures, flyers, and digital ads</li><li>Understanding of Dubai&rsquo;s real estate market is a plus</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and manage all marketing materials &ndash; social media posts, reels, stories, brochures, etc.</li><li>Create brand-consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok</li><li>Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and property spotlights</li><li>Edit short videos and reels for listings, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all platforms</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate company</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, and video editing</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.</li><li>Creative thinker with excellent time management and communication skills</li></ul>How to Apply:If you&rsquo;re passionate about design and real estate and can create scroll-stopping content &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Send your CV &amp; portfolio to info@gccrealestate.co or through indeed.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
