The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing with a strong understanding of interior design industry dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Identify and convert leads through online and offline channels.</li><li>Handle inbound enquiries, schedule consultations, and manage follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handovers.</li><li>Maintain CRM records, track conversion ratios, and report on sales performance.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Branding<ul><li>Develop and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Manage social-media content calendars in coordination with the design team.</li><li>Plan and monitor local offline marketing (billboards, standees, brochures, site branding).</li><li>Coordinate with agencies for SEO, influencer collaborations, and PR coverage.</li><li>Conduct local market research, competitor analysis, and track CPL/ROI metrics.</li></ul>Strategic &amp; Analytical<ul><li>Create monthly marketing and sales performance reports.</li><li>Suggest new lead-generation strategies and brand-partnership opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with leadership to align marketing goals with business growth targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;55,850.69 per monthWork Location: In person

With 80+ successful salon, office, gym, and commercial interior projects across South India, we specialize in creating premium spaces that blend design, technology, and experience.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring both online and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing head and design team to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across our commercial and residential interior segments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Support content creation for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and blogs).</li><li>Manage offline marketing initiatives &mdash; brochures, billboards, events, and local partnerships.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM &amp; lead sheets; follow up on leads with sales and design teams.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance metrics (CPL, ROI, reach, engagement) and prepare reports.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, print agencies, and photographers for marketing collaterals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and brand consistency.</li><li>Assist in managing Google Business Profile, reviews, SEO updates, and geotagging of project photos.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Excel).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple departments, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
