Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams</li><li>Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations</li><li>Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards</li><li>Participate in client meetings and clarification discussions</li><li>Maintain proposal documentation and records</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in proposal/tendering within Oil &amp; Gas industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of costing, estimation, and commercial terms</li><li>Familiarity with EPC projects preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
