Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safe Operations: Drive heavy-duty trucks and operate the HIAB crane safely around construction site.</li><li>Lifting &amp; Rigging: Execute lift plans under the guidance of site riggers and banksmen; ensure all loads are secure and within the crane's rated lifting capacity.</li><li>Inspections &amp; Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip checks on the truck and crane hydraulic systems, reporting any safety hazards immediately.</li><li>Vehicle Care: Perform daily checks on engine oil, hydraulics, tires, and bucket teeth; maintain cabin cleanliness.</li><li>HSE Compliance: Adhere to strict UAE traffic laws, ADNOC/client safety rules, Permit to Work (PTW) guidelines, and use mandatory PPE at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:Licensing: Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6).Certification: Certified Lorry Loader/HIAB Crane Operator card (third-party certified).Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of experience operating Hiab trucksClearances: Ability to obtain a CICPA / CNIA pass for oilfield access.Competency: Basic English, Hindi, or Urdu communication skillsWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Preparing baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.</li><li>Update project schedules based on actual site progress and approved changes.</li><li>Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.</li><li>Support preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Assist in monitoring project milestones and critical paths.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to obtain progress inputs.</li><li>Support schedule risk analysis and delay analysis under supervision.</li><li>Maintain planning records, progress curves, and dashboards.</li><li>Assist in change management and variation tracking related to schedules.</li><li>Ensure planning activities comply with project procedures and client requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in planning or project controls</li><li>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas field</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>planning engineer: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
