<div>We are supporting a major global financial institution in hiring a Senior Market Risk Developer. This is a senior technical role within their Capital Markets Risk Technology group, focused on building and integrating applications that support Market &amp; Credit Risk functions.
You&rsquo;ll act as a senior developer across multiple Risk IT initiatives, designing and delivering complex components within a fixed income technology stack that blends in-house tools and vendor systems.
The role involves full-lifecycle software development - requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment - and contributing to system integration across distributed multi-tier environments.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Design, develop and integrate Java/Groovy components within fixed income risk platforms.
</li><li>Work across a mixed stack including in-house tools and vendor systems (ION, Bloomberg, Murex, Polypaths).
</li><li>Support Market &amp; Credit Risk functions through enhancements to valuations, trade flows and risk models.
</li><li>Execute requirements gathering, detailed design, coding, unit/integ testing and documentation.
</li><li>Ensure alignment with business objectives, security standards and technical requirements.
</li><li>Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
</li><li>Deliver quality assurance and technical guidance within multi-project environments.
</li></ul>Requirements
Essential:<ul>
<li>
5+ years in IT/Application Development within capital markets.
</li><li>Strong programming expertise in Java/Groovy and Python, with a focus on systems integration.
</li><li>Strong SQL and experience with Java platform &amp; open-source tools.
</li><li>Experience with Murex, Polypaths or similar securitized products systems.
</li><li>Understanding of fixed income markets, trade flows, valuations and risk management.
</li><li>Experience building and supporting distributed multi-tier applications.
</li><li>Familiarity with SDLC tools/frameworks: Git, Gradle, Camel, Kafka.
</li><li>Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3).
</li><li>Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul>
<li>
Experience with ION or Bloomberg integrations.
</li><li>Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns.</li>

Market Risk Senior Developer

<div>We&rsquo;re supporting a leading financial services organisation in hiring a Legal Entity &amp; Counterparty Senior Analyst. This role sits within a specialist team responsible for managing client engagements, enhancing operational processes and navigating complex legal entity and counterparty requirements across multiple jurisdictions. 
You&rsquo;ll act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing workflow delivery, interpreting legal and financial documentation and driving process improvements. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong project management capability, attention to detail, and confidence working across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage multiple client requests and ensure deliverables are executed on time.
</li><li>Assess project scope and workflow plans, recommending and implementing process enhancements.
</li><li>Oversee relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
</li><li>Maintain project trackers and lead client meetings, providing updates on progress, milestones and challenges.

Requirements<ul>
<li>
2&ndash;3+ years&rsquo; experience in a regulatory or control-focused role with demonstrable process management exposure.
</li><li>Experience or understanding of legal entity lifecycles and associated workflows (preferred).
</li><li>Familiarity with constitutional and financial documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
</li><li>Comfortable operating under pressure with shifting client priorities.
</li><li>Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex concepts to varied audiences.
</li><li>Solid understanding of financial services and investment management operations.
</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to process integrity.
</li><li>Confident working independently and collaboratively at all levels.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.</li>
